A lycra (86% nylon + 14% spandex) fabric cover provides a vehicle to apply the gel base to the skin while also applying compression for added support in depuffing.
A velcro closure functions as an efficient way for users to secure the face mask to the face/head. Furthermore, the large size of the fabric side allows for a one-size-fits most application.
